Sections of Polish Hippotherapeutic Association realize statutory activities.
Main activities are:

- trainings for hippotherapeutists (courses, workshops, seminaries)
- informative trainings for the doctors and other representatives of non-governmental organizations
- activities supporting development of horse riding for the disabled
- editorial activities
- cooperation with foreign organizations, centers and hippotherapeutists
